Mimi's Bakehouse

Hi, it's mini Mimi here! I thought I would write a blog each month to let all you Mimi fans know what's going on at Mimi's :) I will let you know what cakes we've been making, events we have done, charities we have contributed to and maybe just maybe let out a few sneaky recipes.

For all of you who don't know much about Mimi's, we are a family run business: Mimi aka Michelle Phillips and her husband Michael Phillips run the business along with mini Mimi aka Gemma Phillips (blogger/social media queen) working as a baker along with my Mummy Mimi. Natalie Phillips, daughter too, works as accounts/finance manger along with front of house manager, my fiancee Scott Clearie. Hope you've all managed to take that information in! Hehe. Ashley Phillips daughter number 3 lives in sunny Dubai, but will be home winter 2013 to join the Mimi clan :) Can't wait to have my lovely sister on board!

Since opening Mimi's in November 2010, we have expanded, doubling our current premises at The Shore in Leith and creating a bakery so all our cakes can continue to be delicious and baked on site.
